When you submit a song we store your email, the artist name, your Instagram handle if you give one, the audio file, cover art if you upload it, and lyrics we derive from that audio.

When you connect an Instagram account we store the Instagram account ID, an access token, the username, and post insights (views and reach) on media we publish through that connection.

We transcribe the audio, generate lyric videos, publish those videos to Instagram accounts in our network (house pages we operate, or an account you connected), and collect performance metrics on those posts.

We send data to these processors, only as needed to run the service:

• OpenAI (Whisper) — transcription
• Anthropic — lyric and translation generation
• Meta / Instagram — publishing and insights
• Stripe — payments
• Cloudflare R2 — file storage
• Resend — email
• Neon — database

Email privacy@lyricpush.com and we will delete the records we hold for you, except where we must keep a copy to finish a paid campaign or meet a legal duty.

If you connected Instagram, you can also revoke access in Instagram (Settings → Apps and websites). That hits our deletion callback: we drop the token and stop publishing to that account. Posts already on Instagram stay up.

Artist submissions, generated videos, campaign records, and collected metrics stay while we need them to deliver and measure placements. Incomplete file uploads are removed automatically if they never finish.

Instagram access tokens are stored encrypted. We delete them when you disconnect, revoke the app in Instagram, or we receive Meta’s data deletion request. Tokens that cannot be refreshed are revoked.
